Pet Bless and Fest Oct 3rd, 2009

The Pet Bless and Fest was great fun for pets and people alike. There were blowup games for the kids, face painting, games, doggie obstacle cource and of course pet blessings.

Roo, my pot bellied pig, attended the fest with me. It was a day of fun and education for him. Many people commented they did not realize pot bellied pigs had such pretty faces or how snuggly and affectionate they are. He changed many peoples opinion of pot bellied pigs. They are very clean, inteligent and loving pets.

Roo however was not as overjoyed with the blessing or the obstacle cource. Pot bellied pigs do not like water. He squeeked in protest with each splash! Afterwards he buried his nose in my pocket. It was to cute!
