Adoptions

Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescued animal from Peace At Last Farms Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation, Inc!  You will find pictures of various animals about the site. Please inquire if you see one you'd be interested in and contact us for a list of current adoptables. We periodically get in puppies, kittens and piglets. When available photos will be posted here. You are also welcome to add yourself to our wishlists for incoming animals.

Adoption Policy

An adoption application (See below) must be submitted, a home check and an application contract signed and approved before an animal may be placed for adoption.

We will only hold adoptable pets if a deposit or adoption fee is paid. Once adopted all pets must be picked up in a timely manner. Anyone not picking an animal up within 2 weeks of adoption will be responsible for the care and upkeep including feed and medical needs of the animal after that time. Should you not pick your animal up for any reason the deposit/adoption fee is non-refundable to cover re-entry into the adoption program due to time lost. 

This is a no kill facility and no animals will be adopted for any other reason than pets. Absolutely no animal is to be adopted for slaughter under no circumstances. We reserve the right to inspect the animals adopted at any time to ensure their health and safety. No animal adopted from our shelter is allowed to be sold or transferred. If for any reason you find you can no longer keep your animal you must contact us and make arrangements to return them to the shelter with a donation for the continued care.
